It's your typical auntie Anne's pretzel place, with some kind of planet smoothie sharing the store, Kind of like the Baskin-Robbins Dunkin doughnuts set up in some places. Terrible service. Bought two different flavored pretzels and received two of the same kind. I brought one back for them to correct the order and the employee accused me of lying. The manager sided with the employee because the employee said he gave the correct order and made me bring back the other pretzel to test it after I kept protesting. Sure enough, they got the order wrong and gave me the correct pretzel. And they refused to apologize! Absolutely ridiculous.
