The frosties came with lids for large drinks, thus not... read more My husband dropped thru the drive thru today for our dinner. He ordered 2 small frosties with two meals. The frosties came with lids for large drinks, thus not sealing and they spilled all over the passenger seat of my car, a sport leather with ventilation holes. So when he got home we had the task of cleaning up the car seat. Furthermore, I was supposed to get a large fry, I received a value fry with each of our orders. My spicy chicken sandwich was so dry you'd think it was cooked in an air fryer. The chicken was barely a half inch thick...very thin. The fries were not fresh and crisp either, my husband specifically demanded fresh fries and burgers but everything was dry and old. They NEVER give you a receipt, even when you ask for one. Terrible overall. Worth zero stars.

The biggest issue is typically waiting in the drive through line to order or let them know you have a mobile order but I feel like they're severely understaffed... read more The biggest issue is typically waiting in the drive through line to order or let them know you have a mobile order but I feel like they're severely understaffed at this location! The positive the food is always good and hot. I think in all the time I'vebeen going only one order has been wrong. The staff is friendly in the drive thru and welcoming.
