We hired Three Pigs for our wedding, and our guests absolutely loved it! This is honestly the best barbecue I've ever had. The portion sizes were incredible! No one left hungry—people even went back for seconds, and we still have leftovers! I highly recommend Three Pigs BBQ and will definitely be using them again!
We hired Three Pigs BBQ catering for my daughter’s wedding with 200 guests last weekend, and it was a fantastic experience. The food received rave reviews from everyone; the pulled pork, sliced turkey, cheesy corn, and beans were all exceptional. The owner, Chris Kelley, was a pleasure to work with, guiding us through menu selection and providing linens, as well as taking care of the table services. I highly recommend their catering services!

We see the truck all the time when we visit Menards in Independence. Always smells good. We decided to try it out on our last visit. Best BBQ sandwich We have eaten in a while. Highly recommend.
I tried the ribs and burnt ends. Ribs were great, more of a dry rub fall off the bone vs tough and saucy which I really liked. Good flavor without being spicy. The burnt ends were great, a nice balance of fat and meat, more mild tasting in terms of smoke and rub compared to others in the area but wonderfully balanced. Bbq sauce is super yummy !
