Highly satisfied with the food, drinks, and service. Outside seating was enjoyable. Inside was a bit crowded, but it was happy hour and they are crowded for good reason. View all feedback.
What Kelli Wheeles doesn't like about Summit Grill:
Needless to say this was not an enjoyable dining experience. Our server Ciara was more interested hanging out in the kitchen and chatting than taking care of her tables. I had a direct view into the kitchen. Very pricey for what you get and truly not a lot of options. Always great service and delicious meals. Love the atmosphere.
Needless to say this was not an enjoyable dining experience. Our server Ciara was more interested hanging out in the kitchen and chatting than taking care of her tables. I had a direct view into the kitchen. Very pricey for what you get and truly not a lot of options. My food was cooked incorrectly and by the time Ciara came out to check my husband has just about finished his meal. Additionally a manger did not come to see what the issue was. Zero guest recovery. The only thing we had that we enjoyed was the hummus appetizer. If you want to eat at a Summit Grill, go to another location. If I could give a 0 for service I would have. Do not recommend this location. I’ve had great experiences in Waldo and up north.

I'm fine, but my sister and neice had a terrible experience yesterday, Sunday, April 21. Took them out for a nice dinner with the kids, and after they got home, both of them had gut issues that left them emptying their colons for much of the night. They both had green beans with their meals, so that must have been the culprit because the rest of us didn't have any problems. My sister had the salmon with rice, and my neice had the pot roast with mashed potatoes. They're still complaining this morning after being torn up last night. Thank goodness the kids didn't eat any green beans. I hope Summit Grill in Lee's Summit sees this because I'm going to call them about it. I feel like I wasted a lot of my money. Get rid of those green beans!
