The problem is I can’t call them as the line has been busy for the past hour even though they are open. Food we did get was decent but with the prices as high as they are now I don’t relish paying for something I didn’t receive

I use this subway often. like multiple times a week in the summer. the food is always good but there is like a 50/50 chance of getting good service and waiting... read more I use this subway often. like multiple times a week in the summer. the food is always good but there is like a 50/50 chance of getting good service and waiting for half an hour for a sandwich i ordered online. they are also always out of turkey and cookies lately. i am currently waiting 15 minutes after my food said it would be ready on the app, the employees have talked to me and know what order im waiting on and they are still not starting my order. i understand every once and awhile it gets busy and other customers need their attention but this is a consistent problem. one time i waited for 30 minutes for the employees to work through a never ending line before looking at the online orders.
