An employee named David S. was extremely hel... read more Today, I went to the store and, without a basket or cart, I accidentally dropped a jar of cheese in the soup aisle. An employee named David S. was extremely helpful; he cleaned up the mess and even got me a replacement jar. He also helped me find a basket for my items. I truly appreciated his assistance!

Her staff was organized and well... read more We had Hyvee cater our wedding. Elizabeth was fantastic at helping walk us through our selection process for our wedding food. Her staff was organized and well mannered. They set up and tore down the buffet table without causing a scene and Elizabeth knew exactly how much food to bring for the amount of guests we had attending and we were never worried about having too little, or too much, food. There was a wide range of choices when it came to the food and she was helpful in giving us lots to sample when making our decision. We ended up choosing the chicken parmesan, mashed potatoes and green beans and it was excellent. We recommend HyVee catering to anyone looking to cater their event!

For example, Noosa yogurt is not where all the other yogurts are in the dairy section... theykeep it in the health department section. Makes no sense.

Today I received a call... read more I'm updating my review from 3 to 4 stars After my initial post, within a few hours I received a reply from Hy-Vee corporate. Thank you. Today I received a call from this Hy-Vee store's customer satisfaction manager. I REALLY appreciate the call. Yetanother reason I like this store. Here's the bottom line and it checks out...they are trying to get more staff (see image), butlike many businesses, finding people to fill open positions is really hard. Anyway, thanks for responding, it's muchappreciated. ORIGINAL POST 3-Stars @Hy-Vee we are loyal Pharmacy customers and love your pharmacy staff, however, weneed you to support your pharmacy staff better by providing more trained staff to support what appears to be increased business. Lately, prescriptions transmitted from Dr. offices in the morning are not ready by early evening. Please get your pharmacystaff more help.
