I must say that during this visit, the customer service was the best I've ever experienced. They prepared my food exactly how I wanted it, and it was served fresh, just the way I like it. The service was impeccable, and I'm eagerly hoping for the same outstanding experience in the future.
It was good! Parking lot was a skating rink atleast throw some salt on it! Or pay some one too
Has several bad experiences with Hardee's in the past, so had not visited one for two years. However, this location has changed my attitude towards them. Great fast service, friendly, food was great. They have regained a customer.
My husband has been visiting Hardee's nearly every day for over two years because the only thing my 94-year-old mother will eat is your sausage biscuits. He always heats it up in the microwave so it's ready for her, and if it's not there, she gets quite upset! We also enjoy your breakfasts. I particularly like your plain biscuits, but not every day!
I had a bit of a rocky start to my day. While ordering my usual large coffee at the Hardee's drive-thru in Lee's Summit, I accidentally turned off my engine, and it wouldn't start again. Cars began to line up behind me, but the staff at Hardee's were incredibly kind. They came out to help me push my car out of the way without any hesitation. While I waited for someone to assist me with my car troubles, the manager came out with a complimentary large coffee and wished me a better day. Thank you, Hardee's, for your support!
