He alw... read more My husband has been visiting Hardee's nearly every day for over two years because the only thing my 94-year-old mother will eat is your sausage biscuits. He always heats it up in the microwave so it's ready for her, and if it's not there, she gets quite upset! We also enjoy your breakfasts. I particularly like your plain biscuits, but not every day!

I waited patiently to place my order and politely inquired about the wait time for three different items. I was met with the response, "My man, you'll have to wait; we have a big order." What a way to treat customers! To make matters worse, there was no one else in line ahead of me. It might be time for some staff training!

While ordering my usual large coffee at the Hardee's drive-thru in Lee's Summit, I accidentally turned off my engine, and it wouldn't start again. Cars began to line up behind me, but the staff at Hardee's were incredibly kind. They came out to help me push my car out of the way without any hesitation. While I waited for someone to assist me with my car troubles, the manager came out with a complimentary large coffee and wished me a better day. Thank you, Hardee's, for your support!
