Fazoli's - Lee's Summit
Fazoli's
Description
This neighborhood Italian chain is a reliable, budget-friendly choice for families craving pasta and endless breadsticks, with friendly, sanitized service and helpful staff. Strengths include fast app and to-go ordering, generous portions, and willingness to remake meals. Yet consistency is an issue: some diners report bland or canned-tasting Alfredo, sparse sauce, cold or slow curbside orders, and rare hygiene lapses. Expect casual, busy dining with good value if you’re willing to overlook occasional quality and service hiccups.

I hadn't been here in a while, but I visited today, and wow, this place was fantastic!
I visited the Fazoli's in Lee's Summit on Saturday for an appointment, and I was initially skeptical about the food. I typically go to the one in Independence, where I often face issues with incorrect orders and rude staff. However, my experience at this location was completely different. I ordered my food to go, and it was prepared remarkably fast—I barely had time to sit down before it was ready. Not only was my order correct, but the staff also seemed well-organized and knowledgeable. I was so impressed that I asked one of the employees for her name; she introduced herself as Beth and mentioned that she is the manager. Beth genuinely cares about providing an excellent experience for her guests, which is why I'm writing this review. She truly changed my perception of Fazoli's for the better!
The team at this Fazoli's has done an excellent job keeping the restaurant sanitized, making me feel comfortable dining in. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always recommends their best entree combinations. I can always count on my meals to be delicious, fresh, and served hot. Thank you, Fazoli's team, for consistently providing my family and me with a wonderful dining experience! I give it 5 stars all the way!
Very delicious! The 6.99 lunch is a good deal and I was surprised it also comes with two breadsticks! I fast and affordable lunch.
The Alfredo sauce was a disappointing white mess that barely resembled traditional Alfredo. It lacked garlic and salt, and while I didn't expect high quality, I did hope it would be at least somewhat edible. The breadsticks were okay, but just ten minutes after driving away, they became hard and unappetizing.
