The bartenders are very rude and aggressive, you will wait in lin... read more My friends and I love coming here for the music and the crowd. However, the staff is HORRIBLE! The bartenders are very rude and aggressive, you will wait in line (which is understandable) and finally make your way to the bar. They will look directly at you and say “I am not taking your order” and take the order of the people behind you. It almost seems like they want to take orders of everyone they know first rather than people that have been waiting their turn. I’ve watched the staff scream at people in the bar, curse at patrons, put their hands on people, and celebrate their own bad behavior. It seems they are more interested in getting praise from getting people kicked out then taking orders, getting tipped, and the people trying to have a good time. Been to plenty of bars that have to kick people out, it never seems necessary to physically assault or verbally assault people to remove them from an establishment. You really need to reevaluate you training procedures, or your serving staff overall. Let’s be real, it’s a Lee’s summit bar displaying this behavior consistently…haven’t noticed this at any KC establishment in a while. Very disappointing because it can be great if staff can get it together!
