I handed over the balloons and returned three hours later, but the clerk wouldn't acknowledge me at all. They looked me in the eye but refused to engage. Eventually, I had to speak up and let them know I was there to pick up my order. Another employee came to assist me, and I was finally able to collect my balloons and leave. Overall, the customer service and communication were lacking. If there were any other options for party supplies, I would certainly choose them instead. Unfortunately, this store feels like a last resort.

Upon entering, I approached a staff member to inquire about our top item on the list. She tilted her head slightly and informed me that it was sold out, but suggested a similar item instead. To my surprise, her recommendation was not only more affordable but also a better fit for our needs. As we moved on to our last item, we meticulously examined almost every product in another aisle. Another staff member approached us and asked if we needed help. Once again, she proposed an alternative that was both cheaper and closely matched our preferences! After we confirmed we had everything we needed, she kindly offered to check us out right then and there. It was truly refreshing to encounter such helpful staff, especially considering their youthful demeanor. Kudos to Party City’s management and team for their exceptional service, which helped make Halloween a delightful experience for our previously isolated neighborhood trick-or-treaters once again.

We asked for a refund and chose to take our business elsewhere. Jennifer, in a rude manner, questioned our need for a refund. I have no plans to return and will be reaching out to corporate regarding this experience.

The employees are nice and helpful. The store is well kept and anything out of place is corrected quickly.

The woman who was checking me out was very rude and acted like i was an inconvenience because I was unsure of the balloons and weights that i wanted to use. Even when I was paying her she just had a rude short tone with me. I figured maybe she was just having a bad day until she helped the 2 ladies after me while I waited for my balloons. This woman was a larger one, and I'm pretty tiny, trying to gain weight, actually. She was very kind to the other 2 women and even went about showing one of the ladies different balloons and looking for a specific one for her. So long story short, if ur skinny, don't expect her to be nice to you or smile? Just a disgusted (jealous) look.
