Very good sushi. The place offers a wide range of sushi, gyoza and hot meals. There is plenty of space to sit with friends and it is in a very comfortable location. The sushi was fresh and delicious and onigiri really delicious. The price was also great, £12 for a box of sushi and onigiri. The hot meals are even cheaper and other sentences of sushi cost about 6-8 pounds. definitely coming back here
Are you craving fresh and delicious sushi? Wasabi wouldn't disappoint you. We are regular here. They serve sushi and hot food. Their Pumpkin Katsu Curry is the best in town. If you are an NHS worker, you will receive additional discounts on your food! Check it out!
This is a great place to have sushi. We had noodle bowl which was very delicious.
My favourite sushi place ever!!! If you’re a beginner wanting to try out sushi I recommend the salmon avocado hosomaki : my favourite was the spicy yasai sushi but I think it’s discontinued: but I do love the salmon sushi with edamame. I think next on the list is to try a poké bowl or a bento box also the veg dumplings as the chicken isn’t halal unfortunately but there are vegan veg options !! Definitely prefer this over itsu but itsu is still really good
Really delicious noodle soup indeed! I am a Hong Konger (from Asia). I found their noodle soup really tasty! The Tom Yum soup was rich and full of seafood flavour, which was really quite close to what I had in Thailand, just less salty and chilly, which I personally preferred. Remember you will need to wait a minute for the rice noodle to absorb the soup and become soft before you eat it. So I ate a salmon seaweed salad pot first which was also very fresh and yummy! I was staying in Leeds for a few days and sometimes went back to have lunch and ate sushi, which was not bad too, with a miso soup to keep me warm. The miso soup was pretty good and the sushi was something close to what I can get in Hong Kong supermarket but no where near to what I ate in Japan. Frankly speaking Japanese sushi was really difficult to copy which you were eating those fresh fish just next to the ocean and the skilful Japanese chief. So at the price point I think wasabi had already done a great job! I came back every time I visited Leeds!
