I was impressed when I walked into this restaurant. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and quick. I have been to other Subway locations that were not as clean, so I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be returning!

Ordered some subs and cookies for collection when I arrived, I was just pointed towards a table where our food had been dumped in a bag. On getting home, the cookies were the wrong type and had been exchanged without our knowledge. The veggie meatball sub was dry and flavourless. When I phoned the store and explained that my wife could not eat the cookies we had been given, I was repeatedly told that it was because I hadn’t spoken to a specific person when collecting the food and if I had, I would have been informed of the change. I told the rep that this was a ridiculous statement but she would not offer a refund or let me have her name so I could speak to the manager the next day. My wife contacted subway online but again, they would not offer a refund.

Spent £7.40 on a sandwich today, through the Uber Eats app. It arrived and was inedible. The sandwich was absolutely smothered in salty sauce. I had about 3 bites and couldn 't eat the rest. Called to explain the problem and the manager said that next time I was in I could tell them what had happened and they could sort something out and I could ask for a less saucy one. I 've had several sandwiches from different Subways, which are always the same order and they 've never been like that. Since i don 't eat much at Subway it 's not really an option and I 'd probably be taken for someone trying my luck next time I went in. Asked for a refund but as it was ordered through Uber Eats i was told it 's down to them. Uber Eats refused, so my sandwich cost me £2.46 per bite! Won 't be buying again. Overpriced and there are nicer places (and cheaper) who do good quality food.

The guys are all kind bikes and the ability to create your own sandwich I like a lot. I took two sandwiches

Great service at subway today. Very friendly and lovely sandwich. Couldn't help but notice only 1 member of staff quite late at night is this normal for safety reasons? Overall pleased with my visit.
