My cousins was great but she did state the rice... read more Each and every time I have come to this restaurant I’ve loved it! My food was amazing and cooked to perfection. My cousins was great but she did state the rice was a bit dry. It was cooked perfectly fine but there wasn’t any sauce or moisture to it so that was the downside. It definitely hasn’t deterred her from wanting to come back again. Great service and she also got a free bottle of wine because it was her birthday, thank you so much.

I am so disappointed but not surprised as only a teenager was serving almost the whole restaurant. Will not recommend this place at all.

However, for the price, I felt that there was not enough meat provided. The skewers only had 3 pieces of chicken and 3 pieces of lamb, along with some red onion. On a positive note, the hummus was delicious, the salad was fresh, and the rice was tasty. It was disappointing to discover that sides had to be ordered separately at an additional cost, especially when compared to other places where a similar meal would include rice, salad, bread, skewers, and more for the same price. Overall, despite the quality of the food, the poor delivery service and lack of value for money has made me reconsider ordering from Soosi again. I would rather pick up my order in person in the future.

I ordered lamb chops, but they arrived burnt and undercooked, making them chewy. Even my daughter agreed they were not cooked properly. I spoke to the waitress about the issue, but when we received the bill, the lamb chops were still on it. The management was extremely unhelpful, with the woman being rude and argumentative, accusing me of touching the lamb chops. Despite explaining that the food was not edible and I had ordered something else, she refused to remove it from the bill. The lack of customer service was appalling, and I will not be returning to this restaurant. It was the worst dining experience I have ever had.
