The lamb was good, but there wasn't enough of it. I should have trusted my instincts and gone with the majority of reviews. Management, please contact me for a refund as soon as possible. Thank you.

In fairness though, after calli... read more We regularly order from here, the last three or four times there has been something missing from the order each and every time!! In fairness though, after calling them they have delivered missing items but it seems to be becoming the norm??? Tonight’s escapade resulted...in the rice not been delivered. I ordered the lamb rogan josh listed as medium I’m not one for exaggerating but it was the blandest curry I’ve ever tasted. It was completely devoid of any spice at all and was swimming in oil! I Contacted them and explained it was pretty much a tomato stew, bland, no spice at all and swimming in oil, to be told..... rogan josh is a tomato stew and doesn’t have any spice, so what did I expect??? I appreciate that mistakes can sometimes happen but the attitude and customer service was absolutely shocking! Well done Ruchee, you won’t be receiving any further custom from me.

I was... read more I had an exceptional culinary experience! My phone order was delivered within the promised timeframe, and each meal arrived hot and beautifully presented. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality and authenticity of the dishes, which met my expectations perfectly. The vindaloo was particularly impressive; I requested extra chili, and it was absolutely delicious! Having lived in Delhi for five years, I know good Indian food when I taste it, and my experience at Ruchee was truly outstanding. I highly recommend this place and give it a solid 5 stars!
