After walking for miles to find a cafe that served a breakfast and not smashed avocado on toast we found this lovely little cafe with a huge menu and inside and outside seating on the river the food arrived and was excellent friendly staff and unbelievably good pricing we both had our meal and drinks and it was still under £20 in total. Absolutely phenomenal no frills breakfast and brunch spot; I dare say the best in Leeds. Decent amount of seating considering the size, with outside laneway seating by the canal nice on a sunny day. Food came quickly and cooked perfectly, smoothies were delicious and perfect on a Sunday morning. Could not recommend this place more. View all feedback.

Had a traditional breakfast here and my Grandaughter had beans on toast . It was delicious and the lady who served us was so helpful and nice . Would definitely recommend this place as it’s not too expensive but food is good and lovely location .
LOVED the iced latte should defo advertise this more!! Smoothie was really yummy, but bit pricey with the tax added for eating in. Food overall was really good and big portion sizes so you definitely get your money's worth, however veggie options could be better and more awareness of allergies and ingredients would be useful too. Staff overall were quite friendly, came at a busy time and was still served quickly .
Better than you're average cafe, with a good selection of breakfast/lunch/snacks. Good coffee with something to look at out their windows. Reasonable prices. Can get busy at 10am
Probably the lost delicious breakfast I've ever had in a cafe..... Decent quality produce, cooked perfectly and cheap. What else you can ask for!!!!!!
Good simple breakfast food and nice warm latte. Enjoyed it. Sandwich was good size and decent price. Looks onto river so nice setting

I always stop here for breakfast when I'm in the area before heading to Elland Road. The food and service are both outstanding—10/10! Keep up the great work, everyone!
I've visited this restaurant many times and have always had a good experience with both the food and prices. However, today my usual order was made incorrectly and BBQ sauce was added.
Great little cafe ... relaxed not pretentious at all ... comfortable place : nice food quick friendly service

I really enjoyed my Full English Breakfast. The breakfast was bigger than your average, The bacon was especially tasty. A lovely setting and pleasant staff.

Riveresque is always my favorite cafe in Leeds, jacket potatoes are very delicious and reasonably priced. Excellent river view too
DON’T EAT THE DAY BEFORE! Came here after reading all the rave reviews about their breakfasts. The reviews are bang on. It’s like a transport caf on steroids, nothing pretentious just a great breakfast and plenty of it. Had their full English 9.30 and didn’t need to eat again until 6pm winner! The misses had bacon on toast and she was happy. Two mugs of tea to wash it down and that put us on for a day shoplifting in Leeds … lol. When in Leeds again it’s the place to head for.
