A group of us visited this establishment in the early morning hours following a business awards event that we had attended in Leeds. The whole place was chaotic, staff were very inexperienced (or at least appeared to be) security were extremely rude, physically escorting guests out of the premises including 2 of our group, just because they started to eat some chips inside the place whilst waiting for the rest of our group to get their order. The security are really aggressive and rude- no customer service skills whatsoever! My meal was cold and inedible, possibly the first McDonald’s I have ever failed to eat! Oh and my order was missing my chips so I had to go back in and wait for them! What an awful experience! Avoid this place if you can!
The service at this restaurant was dreadful. We ordered number 26, but they served order number 85 before our food even arrived. When it did come, it was cold and unappetizing. The service was terrible and the treatment we received from the security was even worse.
I ordered a large cappuccino, but it was made with syrup instead. When I tried to pay with cash because my card had no balance, the cashier refused. The manager then told me to "pay properly". I left and decided to take my business somewhere else. I would recommend avoiding this McDonald's at all costs.
This evening 6th April turned away from door by surly and bordering on aggressive “Manager” in pouring rain. Closed early 1.5 hrs for maintenance issue. No respect for customers at all. No We do have another restaurant at the station nothing. Not loving it at all.
I couldn't even stand waiting for my food any longer. The only helpful individuals were the subcontracted security guards. The employees behind the counter seemed unenthusiastic and lacking in leadership and energy. I just wanted a cheeseburger. It's necessary to pay your staff well to motivate hard work, or hire additional staff. This is not the service that customers expect when they pay for their meals.
