We had fresh lamb and chicken kebabs, grilled to perfection, with salad and naan bread. We really enjoyed our meal and will definitely come back again.

We are always brought hot, fresh soup on the house when we ar... read more We have visited a number of times since it was recommended to us and have never been disappointed. We are always brought hot, fresh soup on the house when we arrive. I usually get the mushakal kebab which is 2 skewers of meat (a choice of chicken, chicken wings, minced lamb or peppered lamb) with salad and a naan. I have had one of the lamb casserole style dishes and the lamb was delicious, it just falls right off the bone. The menu is varied and suits big and small appetites. It is the typical Kurdish palette nothing too spicy! The restaurant looks basic but it is clean and spacious and we are always made to feel welcome it's especially nice that the people who work there remember us when we go in despite there often being long gaps between visits. We live too far away to be eligible for delivery but friends who have had takeaways from here say it's just as good as eating in he restaurant. It's excellent value for money, popular with Kurdish people which is always a good sign and I always leave full. Would definitely recommend.
