I also tried it Ona different phone using data instead of WiFi and the same thing happened so I know there wasn’t a problem on my end but he was being rude. Definitely don’t order from here food isn’t all that anyway.

The customer service was lacking, with unfriendly and rude staff. They did not answer the phone,... read more I called multiple times to ensure that my orders from Flames restaurant were plain, as I had specified on the Deliveroo website. They did not answer the phone, so I contacted Deliveroo directly. The restaurant assured Deliveroo that my orders would be plain. However, when my order arrived, it contained salad and sauce, which I had specifically requested to be omitted. This type of error seems to be a recurring issue with ordering from Flames. I have found that picking up my order in person is a much more pleasant experience, and the food is enjoyable when it is not heavily sauced and filled with salad.

Not impressed at all, person on phone was not helpful at all infact he hung up on me! ! So rude would not recommend ordering food off here. Says they’re open until 2/3am but highly doubt you’ll get it unless you fancy waiting an hour for it. However delivery driver was apologetic even though it was not his fault
