I also noticed the friendly atmosphere while I was there. Overall, it was a nice place to be.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Also beautiful and warm on a cold night. I'll go back there.

Only q... read more I wrote a review that doesn't really reflect this place, so I change it. It is a great pub, the staff is excellent, beer is good, really nice atmosphere. Only quibble is the main TV on the left side of the entrance when you are on table 6 of the TV above you is a little garbage, loss of signal, image has a blue color, it is the only blemish on this wonderful hostel.

The menu features... read more This charming rustic bar has a fantastic atmosphere inside. The friendly and helpful staff offer a nice selection of beers, ales, and spirits. The menu features delicious pub grub with generous portions at reasonable prices. Don't be fooled by its exterior - the bar is surprisingly spacious inside. It's a classic British pub that is definitely worth a visit.
