Description

Crafts Restaurant offers a range of dining experiences that can be hit or miss. While some patrons praise the attentive service and quality of dishes, others voice concerns over inconsistent food temperatures, lengthy wait times, and minor service mix-ups, such as incorrect orders and presentation mishaps. On special occasions, however, the restaurant shines, providing thoughtful touches like personalized greetings and complimentary desserts that elevate the dining experience. Overall, Crafts showcases moments of excellence but leaves room for improvement in its execution to truly warrant its acclaim. It's a spot that shows promise, yet results may vary.

Standard steak experience with pfeffersoße, the pommes were standard bar level pages, the steak I asked for medium but actually consisted a little. I think for the local standard its ok but in comparison to any fine dinning in europa this is a little dragging.

We went to the birthday of my better half. we were greeted with a happy birthday in the writing that was a beautiful surprise. all employees were excellent, attentive and punctual. the selection of foods was very good. the quality of eating was excellent and easy with other Michelin restaurants that we were. the meal ended with a free little 'happy birthday' desert bite. also the bill was very reasonable (probably helped by the modest choice of the weine). can not recommend it enough.

We were out for dinner and received excellent service, even though one of our group arrived late. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food was delicious, especially the roasted beef. The Gin and Tonic we had upon arrival was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

I am not sure how this restaurant earned a Michelin star. We ordered vegetables and were served ice cubes with a small, uncooked carrot on top, along with beans. Then we ordered chicken, which the waitress warned would take 40 minutes, but it ended up taking over an hour and 20 minutes. The waitress only came to our table twice, but she was friendly. Unfortunately, the food was the worst my family and I have ever tried.
