good service and nice eating, cream caramel is a must. I ordered the bet well and my friend ordered that we both have medium. Apart from that, everything was good. View all feedback.
What Stéphane Rocher doesn't like about Cote Brasserie Leeds:
When our food arrived, it was served on a large tray without any plates or cutlery. The portion sizes were absolutely shocking. I ordered a double burger, and it was no bigger than a McDonald's Happy Meal burger, even with all the toppings. The burgers were very average, especially considering they cost around £9 each without any sides. I feel like that was a terrible value for money. View all feedback.
Unfortunately food came out cold and didn't taste or look great either. Cocktails were nice though and music was so loud we couldn't hear each other speak.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a lovely chilled meal after a long day of shopping! I went as part of my birthday present with 5 friends and the staff were lovely and very welcoming! It had indie music playing in the background and fantastic decor which I enjoyed and due to us being from Newcastle we enjoy a friendly atmosphere and we got that and more! I would recommend ' 'summer of love ' ' (although quite pricey as a cocktail as I ordered a silver angel but unfortunately it didn 't really compliment burgers and was small compared to my other friends cocktails. Our waitress was lovely (I cant remember her name sadly but we had a table facing a darts board and pool table which was really fun and cool. We also asked for recommendations for places to go in Leeds on the night and the waiter we spoke to was so helpful and because of him we had a fantastic night! Thank you so much for such amazing service and food, I will definitely be visiting again when I am next in Leeds :
Poor person 's Almost Famous which itself is a poor alternative to Byron. Poorly set out restaurant, lack of perceived care by the waiting staff why should they care, the service charge is already added onto the bill! and it whiffs of somewhere wanting to be hipster cool when it 's one of a dozen similar places around. Buffalo chicken wings were nice, fried were decent but the burgers were awful. Overcooked not pink inside as they asked if that 's how you 'd like it and on a bun not adequate for the size of the burger. The hippie sauce is basically lashings of black pepper in some sort of horrible congealed gravy. When for two, who had a milkshake each £5 for that privilege and was no bigger than a small at McDonalds Buffalo wings to share to start so they charged us for two lots and then a burger each with fries monkey fingers and they had the temerity to charge £55! If it was the last place with an available table in Leeds, I 'd rather go home.
I've tried most of the so called epic burger places in Leeds. Look no further, this is the one !
I visited with some work colleagues and we had a great time at Meat Liquor. The food was awesome I had the buffalo wings. Yum. Drinks reasonably priced and a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend :
