I had previously visited for Oktoberfest, which was a lot of fun with a fantastic atmosphere and great music, so I decided to book a spot for the winter event. Unfortunately, I was left extremely disappointed. There was a long wait despite having a reservation. The atmosphere was lacking, the music was unimpressive, and the drinks were overpriced.
