Wendy's - Feedback

What Tonya Mazingo doesn't like about Wendy's:
It took forever for someone to take my order. Then, whenever my order was taken, I got to the window to pay for my order, the workers were arguing over where to put salad dressing. The lady sees me and proceeds to talk to her coworker about what salads were available... just kind of annoying. Finally, as I'm eating my food, I was given 2 napkins and no fork. View all feedback. Was informed by the manager, Madison, that my chicken was going to be cooked fresh. She made sure that the other employees kept me informed about the time it was taking. I also saw how she used positive energy to keep her employees focused on the tasks at hand. Because the food was just cooked, it was quite tasty. View all feedback.
