Today is a 2 star day when you work 3 people, boxes stacked on the ceiling, one of the employees overhears saying that they do nothing today while the manager tv observes and there are NO BOURBON on the shelves. Especially the one I want. It never fails when I'm here on my free day, they don't have what I want because it's the lower box packed up to the ceiling. The branch manager was incredibly pleasant, ensuring everything was well-organized and that all the rules were followed. The experience was seamless. I definitely recommend becoming a regular at this establishment!
They have recently opened a new location at 1641 Asheville Rd., Leeds, AL 35049.
I was really let down, and I’ve decided to take my business to smaller, local shops instead. I don’t mind spending a little more if it means receiving better customer service, as those places seem eager to welcome me back. Even the attention from one of the waitstaff seemed lacking, as she had to double-check things while the manager was still glued to the screen. No, thank you!
