A good value diner on Lee's Main Street: tasty and affordable. We were looking at places for lunch and this one seemed to be the only one that visibly had folks being served, so we popped in. Well, it's not an overly extensive menu and the counter servers/cooks were a pair of friendly and efficient matrons. What Jordon Sutherlin doesn't like about Let's Do Lunch:
I stopped by this restaurant for a quick bite while traveling. I’m unsure what everyone else was enjoying when they wrote those positive reviews, but I ended up with the most disappointing ham and cheese sandwich I could have imagined. I would have happily paid more for a better meal. View all feedback.
We settled into a window-side table and had their lobster bisque (very good with distinct lashings of sherry); I had a tuna melt with cole slaw while my wife had a veggie wrap with 3-bean salad. They were well-prepared and reasonably priced. A nice place for a break after a leisurely stroll about town.
My wife and I were in the Berkshires for the week with her mother and older cousin. We were looking for a quick lunch, and I saw the online menu for Let 's Do Lunch. The menu was very simple and reasonable priced. Everyone in my family enjoyed their meal and said the sandwiches were cooked to perfection. The soups were excellent. The owners were very friendly, and the service was very quick. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the food. I quipped to my wife, On a gloomy day in the Berkshires, we found a ray of sunshine. I would encourage anyone visiting Lee MA to give this diner a visit. We had parked on the street, very limited parking, and learned there was public parking lots behind the building. As a side note, this is the first review of any restaurant type business I have ever done in 62 years. That 's how great I thought this place was.
Saw the amazing reviews so decided to stop here for lunch. Maybe we ordered the wrong food, but our experience didn’t match the reviewers we saw here. Ordered grilled ham and cheese and it was soggy. Also, had the quiche which was store bought and meh. The service was great and I love patronizing a family business but the food was just not good. Also, they use paper plates and plastic utensils which isn’t very eco friendly. Sorry, can not recommend this place.
Limited menu but a GREAT lunch! The definition of a mom and pop lunch spot. Try the soup the lobster bisque was really good, and the reuben really hit the spot. Mostly tables for 2, no problem pulling them together for a four. Service was a friend of the couple who run the place. We will go back next time in Lee!
Wanted a fast but good lunch and we got exactly that. We had the egg salad sandwich and a turkey blt. Both were served with chips, an olive, and a slice of melon. Food was fresh and fast, very tasty. Service was impeccable. A pity we don't live closer, we'd visit more often.
