We ordered via mobile at the wrong location Jazzy was helpful in taking care of us. Thank you! The drive-thru line is a bit of challenge, when it backs to the parking lot intersection. People don?t know where to queue and they will either block the intersection or cut people waiting in line. View all feedback.

i never post bad reviews or anything about any place, but i can?t help but know that this place deserves it. i was so excited to have a starbucks near home but wow, horrible employees and horrible attitudes. the drinks are good but nothing sets the bar like customer service and experience and this place has none of that. every time i go, i manage to have a bad experience with employees. do better please. This location seems to have trouble brewing anything besides Pike Roast. If you ask for one of the other two roasts and find out they're not available, you’ll just be told that those options aren't offered, rather than being given the option to wait for a pour-over. It's best to place your order in advance, but even then, you may face delays or some disorganization. When I placed my order, I ended up with a cup that was filled an inch deep with coffee grounds.
I’m rating this restaurant 2 stars, but it's only because the staff is excellent. Unfortunately, the drive-thru experience is quite disappointing. The layout is frustrating; it can only accommodate about four cars at a time, which often results in additional vehicles blocking the intersection and creating inconvenience for everyone in the plaza. Furthermore, there's little guidance on how to navigate the line. Overall, this location is hindered by poor design.
I visit this Starbucks almost every day on my way to work. The morning staff is exceptionally friendly; they greet me by name and remember my usual order without me having to remind them! Jazzy and Quinn especially shine—they always compliment my outfits and take the time to engage in a brief, friendly chat with customers. Despite the bustling atmosphere, the team manages everything remarkably well. Keep up the excellent work!
I am very disappointed with this Starbucks location. Each time I stop by, they seem to be out of the pink drink. I often visit another nearby location without any issues. They claim there’s a stock shortage affecting all stores, but that doesn’t seem to be the case since I can easily get it at the other Starbucks. It feels like the person in charge of inventory at this store is not doing their job properly!
Every time I go there, the staff is consistently warm and friendly. Josh is amazing and always goes the extra mile to make my experience special and personal! And to the artist who created that drawing, you're simply delightful!
