From the meticulously selected ingredients that offer the perfect crunch to the unique items on the menu, along with the consistently enthusiastic service, this place is a complete package and a must-try for anyone who thinks they've had hot dogs before. Trust me, nothing compares to this. It’s no surprise that people travel from afar to enjoy what they have to offer. I tried nearly everything on the menu, and I’ve never been more impressed by the level of service and dedication to excellence exhibited by this establishment. This place is a true gem. If you want a hot dog you are gonna get a NY Sabretti's dog with a menu of toppings that's as imaginative as it is large. But do yourself a favor and opt instead for the special recipe wild game sausages that are infused with amazing, complex and well balanced flavors. They are cooked to perfection with a nice crisp casing and juicy center. The wild boar chili is the best chili I've ever eaten! If you are lucky you can meet the owner Rohan, who is full of information about the sourcing, spices and preparation. Sit and eat there or buy wholesale to take home with some house made jerky and serious hot sauce. Not to be missed!
