We are In Lichdale for a wedding and decided to have a curry with my stepson and daughter-in-law. Found this little gem on the high street. Set in a beautiful old building. When we went in, a member of staff approached us with a large smile on his face and put out his hand to shake us. He asked where we would like to sit and we chose the window seat. The service was amazing, the food was outstanding, the restaurant was clean and tidy. The staff were so friendly, really welcoming and the prices were good for the location. The food was so good we are going back there this evening. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and give it a big five star ratting. Vegetarian options: A good choice of options. I am a vegetarian, the dish I wanted was not on the menu, I told them what I wanted and they were happy to cater to my needs. Dietary restrictions: They are happy to accommodate to your needs. I cannot eat dairy products, so they made me a curry to suit my dietary needs. The food was a letdown, receiving only a 2 out of 5 for taste and quality. To make matters worse, the service was subpar, with a rating of just 1. The atmosphere was equally uninviting, also scoring a 1. The only dish I can somewhat recommend is the Chicken Tikka, but overall, I wouldn't say my experience was enjoyable.
