4 days luxury, amazing eating, cycling through the landscape, view over the canal peaceful relaxation. the Cascarot experience was fabulous. the boutique hotel... read more 4 days luxury, amazing eating, cycling through the landscape, view over the canal peaceful relaxation. the Cascarot experience was fabulous. the boutique hotel is located in the seat of an Australian dynamo. elizabeth is not only an incredible host (not too much annoying) but she is a very talented cook that prepares delicious delicacies for her happy guests. I visited with some friends for a look back we didn't want to go. the elegantly decorated rooms with magnificent, huge suits had the most comfortable beds in which we had ever slept. I hope that one day we can lose ourselves again in this divine little piece of france. thank you elizabeth.

The room... read more The Cascarot is very idyllic located directly on the Saône in the beautiful Burgundy. From the garden terrace you have a wonderful view over the river. The rooms are very lovingly furnished and the beds are super comfortable. Elizabeth is a sunshine and a host with heart blood. She pampered us every evening with her outstanding and creative cooking skills. I can warmly recommend the Cascarot!
