14 walks, with wine tasting (4 weine,) chefs table with manuel grabner. kulinar the absolute highlight of my, added, still quite young, living! on the one hand the excellent service, on the other hand the history, the origin and the destiny of each dish to hear, see and taste, were a truly unique experience. in a small but fine round of 12 people, U-shaped around the open kitchen sitting, 2 meters from the heart, made the evening a highlight of my lech holiday! exceptionally, I save myself the description of the dishes - that is the love for kulinarik and regional products and producers must have experienced themselves. was my first chefs table in schualhus, but definitw not my last - is now visited every year!.

everything was somewhat ok, yet I had the impression of being trapped in a tourifalle. it was a very high quality meat, yet the performance after my assessment was in an extremely unfavorable ratio at the price. that the service pommes and raw salat served in a wise way, like the main course at the captain's dinner on the dream ship, should probably produce the impression of a high quality kitchen, but seemed rather... Already the reception was very charming and personal....and this moved throughout the evening.Greatly inspired menu with focus on regional ingredients, but with individual ideas roaming.....Z. b. woke in the dose on tooger fancy, with a kind of cracker made of spruce flour. ... further a quasi latschenkiefer cream brulee. .serves in the Latschenkiefer cream box from the Arlberg..... creatively, excellent and always wonderfully presented, not only visually, but you can also - at least a bit - sniff into the kitchen secrets. .!before there is another drink variation, e.g. some orange wines, which are uninhabited, but challenge the senne positiw....A total artwork.....A wonderful enjoyable all-round event!And:.... pricesome of course challenging, but the ratio 12 guests at 5 people rare in service (4 can one find it still 190 wine)

Young Maxl with his childish appearance seems to be a very creative and competent guy when it comes to his cooking skills. A shame that his inflated ego ruins the experience. My friends of Condé Nast and I were instructed to pay a little...surprising visit to the accommodation in order to review the facility as a whole; on arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the modern and well maintained terrain. The restaurant has an unmistakable alpine character with a spiritually modern twist, which was pleasant for the eye and the senses due to the ubiquitous weather of burnt herbs you meet on the entire estate. The menu we enjoyed was surprisingly creative, combined with a nouvelle kitchen approach with local ingredients; a feist for the eye and palette. The staff is usually very busy with the culinary journey and the ingredients used, which are a convincing picture. The restaurant has an exciting selection of wines with rarities at a reasonable price. Crockery and glassware are to be expected for such a location of high quality. When it comes to pure culinary experience, there is really nothing to complain about. But, and this is such a shame, our experience has greatly stained by the obnoxic arrogance and presumptuous behavior of Max, the chef, the reasons unknown to us, it has its goal of the evening, in its fullest ability to feel something as welcome. Disorders of the chef's table experience were literally thrown before our faces without explanation and we were reminded by this child of a chef on a constant basis that, if at all, we should be grateful, we have received the rare opportunity to sit on his cooking table. We find it extremely sad that a restaurant with such a potential offers a youthful chef with an obvious infertility problem and a Napoleon complex that creates an otherwise extraordinary experience in a despicable entrance in the hall of fame of kitchen night rooms. Apart from that we would recommend that the facility be found in the care of its laminators, which we found in an unconscionable state (there was urine on the whole floor). When the Red Wall finally gets rid of the egocentric cook and invests in the entire customer journey mapping process, not everything is lost. Because of the above problems, we can only reward two out of five stars.

Bad attention by the waitress. It took 30 minutes to get the wine list and 45 minutes to get a drink. In addition, we had to ask ourselves to upload our glasses every time... When we asked for a course, we have the answer... that we find out what it is when we try... I left the bill separate from our company, not ready to spread the bad widows, but the waitress Thereaftet told the whole company on the way that they understood that we are unhappy, ie all of us embarrassed.
