The sbagliato tasted good. This is where are positive review ends. I accept on this occasion there may have been a language barrier present or confusion present when double-checking; I requested the hamburger di vedure . However a double-burger was brought to the table. The chips were undercooked, soggy. These were not fresh. Salad was a single large lettuce leaf inside the bun. No other side salad was present. We were asked if the food was okay. I replied so-so Cosi-cosi . The burger was inedible. My partner entered the bar to pay later to pay the bill. He was charged 2x 'Coperta ' Two cover charges and cahrged twice for fritto misto di mare No further apology was offered, and no reduction in the bill was volunteered. Two drinks and two main dishes came to 49Eur. I felt that this represented poor value for money. I cannot recommend this establishment for food. I cannot recommend the establishment on the basis that I felt that it took advantage of foreign tourists. The location of the bar is good, it lends itself to people-watching in the main square of the town. The tables under the umbrellas are well lit at night. The square has many beautiful flowers and greenery on the balconies around.

The place gave me an uneasiness. The two girls did a good job of avoiding eye contact with us for several minutes while we waited uncomfortably to be greeted and seated. The food was fine but I’ll look for a different place next time. NB! Take insect repellent if you want to eat outside by the lake.

I recommend to try one of the dishes here seafood mixed plate with amazing calamari and baby octopus. Staff not speaking English much but very friendly and helpful.
