Mexicali - LECCO

It's ok but nothing to rave about. Maybe for Italy it's good but I wouldn't come back. The margaritas were good. The black beans were under cooked and the chimichanga had almost no meat in it. It was more like a flat fried quesadilla.

This restaurant is quite an authentic Tex Mex just outside Lecco (direction Sondrio). Must go by car or it's a 20 min. walk from downtown. The food is quite good, ambience typical Mex, you will enjoy it.

On January 5, 2009 I went to this restaurant with my husband and 13-yr old son. I was very satisfied with the food. The ambiance was very nice... It almost felt like I was in Mexico instead of Italy. I wasn't too thrilled with the service. I felt our waitress did not cater to our needs as much as she should have. Or perhaps I am just used to fast service in NYC where I am from! Either way, I highly recommend this place. It's a great change from constantly eating Italian food! argh I can't even look at pizza right now. lol Ozzy

Sono molto felice di trovare un'alternativa vegana così buona in un ristorante del genere. Ci tornerò!
