To fill the day with these sweet autumn days. climbed from herves to the difficult path (not so much) to the mountaineers refuge. the rise to the coast of judgment not by breath pulls without pauses, sometimes there are passages on small rocks a little more challenging, just to lay hands and have long legs to lean. arrived at the refuge monzese there was the cute angel who lit the stove and prepared two dishes of polenta just made with the zola. quiet descent to the san carlo path, a moment of break at the san carlo spring and then down to the parking lot in the center of erve.

Arrived late Sunday afternoon after having already passed the previous week we were greeted by music and laughter. place to good for good people.. the evening we had dinner with the managers eating well to conclude the evening singing accompanied by the guitar of the legendary Angelo.a place to feel at home in the middle of nature.bravi guys

Refuge located at an hour and a half of a journey from herve. you get from multiple routes, even shorter but more challenging. great food! you notice the daily commitment that is put on the table with typical dishes and little choice that represents the preparation made in the house of everything! managers and staff are super available! prices in the average refuges. outdoor tables have a breathtaking view under the ridge and the rock rib overlooking the refuge

You can't get up there, easy hike, without stopping to eat something good at the shelter, with the rocky walls of the resegone a few hundred meters away.
