Local place with vegan options to choose from. You select what you want and the quantity, then items are weighed. The day I went there was a vegan pie, this had spinach (or greens of some sort) topped with potato, chickpea salad and a seitan and broccoli stir fry. Nice but nothing special. Staff spoke Italian and Spanish, very limited English spoken.
We loved it! Came with our 9months daughter. They had high chair. Very delicious food, possible to mix and taste pretty much everything. Nice veg tempura. Good vibe of local people. Open from 11am until 15:30

If you are looking for a great variety of healthy food, with vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options, you should definitely come here! Perfect for a quick and relaxing lunch in the heart of the city.
Great healthy restaurant which is quite uncommon in Apuglia. We had a nice bread with hummus and one with Mozarella. Tasted very good and a plate with some vegetables that our 3 year old appreciated. Only recommendation it to make an English menu, very little work, but makes it easier to choose :
We had a lovely dish of seitan, carrot zucchini, millet cooked in oven with onion and raisins and sunflowers seeds, which was our favourite. The place is tiny, but you can have a seat on a bar chair if you wan to stay in. The only downside of this healthy place is that they warm up the food in a microwave, which is hopefully a temporary solution. It's be a pity to waste all nutritions of such a good food. Soft drinks and a few kinds of cakes also available.

As our italian friend already reported one chooses at the counter from maybe 10 options and pays by weight for that. For example when I was there they had a mixed salad, brown rice, some sort of soy spaghetti, mixed veggies, something with cubed soy meat, and two things with meat inside. The salad included feta cheese, the rest was vegan. They also offer some deep fried things (falafel, polenta, mozzarella., mixed tempura.. and pucce , which I think are sandwiches. Those they have as traditional all with meat and vegan/vegetarian versions. Had falafel and something from the counter. Wasn 't exactly great (veggies overcooked and oversalted, everything except the falafel was cold maybe it 's warm when you go there for lunch? Not certain if 2 or three stars are appropriate; after all I only went there once and might just have been unlucky. But then I don 't have the urge to go there again, so it 's 2 in the end.
