You choose your own meat (good quality) and they will grill it for you. You pay the meat by the weight. Reasonable prices: mixed entrees, several meat types, 3 beers, water and desmsert: 60€. Friendly staff. Modest location but food is good and fresh.

Stove-cooked potatoes, bombette, turcinieddi, capocollo, a blaze of flavors from the Itria Valley right in the heart of Salento. You will have the possibility to choose your cuts among the many delicacies directly from the refrigerated counter and wait for them to be roasted while enjoying delicious appetizers in the meantime.
