A bit hidden in a side street close to the basilica, we went to this place based on a suggestion in our Lonely Planet travel guide. And we were not disappointed at all. Quite some choices and friendly staff. But the highlight of this shop are the absolutely delicious flavors. I tried the dark chocolate, which was the best I had during my stay in Puglia. Also recommended: salted caramel and pistachio. Do make a stop for a delicious ice cream here if you are in the neighborhood!
