The service is always attentive but never intrusive. The quality of the ingredients is unquestionable, as is the kitchen's ability to showcase them. The pairings are never predictable, the result of extensive research and genuine passion. The wine list deserves special mention, the selection of Italian and French sparkling wines is excellent. Prices are perhaps a little high for the offerings, but the fish is very fresh. The wait staff is attentive to their guests.

The staff is very professional, always attentive and ready to satisfy customers' requests. The food is extraordinary in quality and preparation. The raw ingredients are treated with skill and mastery by Chef Civilla. I personally love risotto, but whatever dish you choose, it will always be incredibly good. The fish, in all its preparations, is always fresh. A well-stocked and high-quality wine cellar completes this magical place. The prices are definitely above average, but if you're looking for average food, this isn't the place! EXCEPTIONAL and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
