I had a disappointing experience at this Subway. The bread was undercooked, and the staff seemed uninterested and lazy. This was, by far, the worst Subway I've ever visited. For lunch, I spent around $10–20, but the food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1 out of 5.

Every time we've visited Pilot, the subway has either been closed or there’s a sign saying "on break." On one occasion, we waited for 45 minutes hoping someone would return, but no one did. We also tried the grab-and-go case and ended up with food poisoning, as we discovered the date stickers had been switched to a later date. The worker there named Hannah on April 23rd at about 715 pm was very polite, attentive, and quick. Walked up to the counter and she was already there quick with a smile and warm personality. Type of person that makes you feel good talking to them. Made my whole experience amazing. Wish every subway at a pilot/flying j I go to had a Hannah that worked there.
