It's frustrating to see that the customer is not always right anymore. He complained that I was speaking too quickly and that he was multitasking—why is that my problem? Additionally, another older employee laughed while he yelled at me, claiming my iced coffee was fine. Overall, it was poor service and management. I won't be returning.
