This is a solid sandwich spot. The Chipotle Chicken and Chicken Fontaine sandwiches are quite tasty. The dining area is nice and comfortable, and the food comes out quickly. While the meals are delicious, they are somewhat pricey. Occasionally, the staff can be a bit unfriendly. Nonetheless, I would still recommend Panera if you're in the mood for a fast, good sandwich or Panini and don't mind spending a little extra... View all feedback.
What Peggy De Stefano doesn't like about Panera Bread:
1. They don’t accept cash. Seriously? I had to use a card for a $6 order.
2. The young lady taking my order seemed completely out of it. She didn’t grasp my questions about prices and beverages.
3. They didn’t have any cream cheese! Instead, they offered butter for my friend's bagel.
4. The little sandwich I ordered was presented messily.
5. The tables were dirty, and it was far from crowded at around 10:00 a.m. No excuses for that.
What has happened to this once-great establishment?.
The food is good but the reason I give them 3 stars is bc every time I order rapid pick up and go inside to get it I end up standing in front of where I should be able to pick it up just for employees to look at me and walk by me so then I have tostand in the 20 min ordering line because they don?t pay attention to the numerous people waiting in front of pick up for theirfood. They should either move the pick up food back on to the floor so we can get our food or get rid of the option. They arerude ignore you and it?s disrespectful when I do it so that I don?t have to wait in line.. that?s the point of rapid pick up..
I told them I had a Panera club (for the free drink) and I looked online a day later; they didn?t even put it in, I did think it was a few dollars more expensive than it should have been but I didn?t get a receipt. Also the pumpkin frosted cookie lookedterrible compared to other Panera?s I?ve been too.

I received what seemed to be a very small salad, and when I brought it up to a staff member, I was met with a condescending response that it was a normal portion. They mentioned that extra greens are available for free if I just ask. If that is indeed a normal portion, then you really need to consider using smaller containers. Additionally, why should I need to ask for a reasonable amount if it's complimentary? The prices here are absurd for the portion sizes, and the customer service was disappointing.
Firstly, the restrooms were quite dirty, even though it was only 8 AM on a Sunday. Secondly, the breakfast sandwich had flavorless meat and rubbery eggs. To make matters worse, the cinnamon crunch bagel I ordered was initially burnt, and the replacement was stale. Interestingly, when I mentioned the bagel to a bakery team member, she asked if she had toasted it. Not sure how to answer that, considering it was an online order placed just 15 minutes earlier. Additionally, the app allowed me to purchase orange juice, but they were out of it when we arrived, although a replacement beverage was provided. Given this experience, I'm uncertain if I'd want to return. It wasn’t just one issue; there were multiple problems that suggest a larger issue for the chain or at least this particular location.
