Mcdonald's - Lebanon

We are usually satisfied with our orders from McDonald's. Our favorite is probably the fries! We usually get a sweet tea, but sometimes we get a chocolate shake to share. My partner enjoys the McChicken sandwich or the Big Mac. I prefer the breakfast menu - the Egg McMuffin and the Big Breakfast are my go-tos. Occasionally, I also enjoy the Quarter Pounder, the Filet-O-Fish, or the McChicken.

The mocha machine was working when I left the restaurant the other day. I only ordered a well drink and found out that after midnight, their milkshake machine shuts off. I also use the McDonald's app to collect points, but when I try to use them, there is usually nothing I want to redeem with my points. Additionally, when I try to access offers on the app, it often says that they are not available.

We visited this McDonald's to allow our children to use the restroom and grab some food while on a trip. We arrived a little after 9pm on a Friday night to find that all of the lobby doors were locked and there were two employees cleaning up inside. Despite the advertised hours being until 12am, we were turned away. Disappointed, we ordered through the drive-thru before finding another location to use the restroom. Unfortunately, the service at the drive-thru window was not very friendly. When we asked why the lobby was closed, we were told it was up to the manager's discretion and dependent on staffing levels. Surprisingly, there seemed to be plenty of staff on hand. The only friendly employee we encountered was at the second drive-thru window. Overall, we were displeased with our experience and do not plan to return during future travels.

Workers literally until I have paid to tell me what I ordered that they have not, some of my articles have forgotten and some things have done wrong. the love for detail would be great.

They have ok chicken nuggies their hamburber are trash their fries are soggy and I got a happy meal but I'm still sad and there soda tast kinda sus
