Contribute FeedbackIn a recent review roundup, a local restaurant received mixed feedback from patrons. While some enjoyed the nostalgia of their buffet and praised attentive staff, others expressed disappointment over deteriorating service and quality. Diners noted inconsistencies in food preparation, high prices, and challenges with payment methods. Complaints highlighted issues like cold, poorly breaded chicken, and lengthy wait times at drive-thrus. Additionally, missing items from orders frustrated several customers. Despite some positive experiences, the overall sentiment suggests that management should address service and quality concerns to ensure a better dining experience for all.
I ordered what I thought was a #4 (3 tenders for $7.99) and received a 4-piece chicken dinner for $11.99 instead. When I went back to the counter with the box, the clerk informed me that #4 was not for tenders, even though we had discussed sauces when I originally ordered. I didn't want to argue, but I was disappointed. The chicken we received was greasy and not enjoyable. The ice machine was empty, but was quickly refilled when we brought it to their attention. The only positive aspect of our pricey lunch was that we were given a Senior discount without having to ask for it.
I ordered the $30 meal through the app, but it did not include any white meat, biscuits, or properly sweetened sweet tea. There are definitely some improvements needed in the restaurant.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The tall waitress had excellent customer service skills and made ordering a breeze. Although the tables were a bit dirty, I understand that it was likely due to the post-church rush. I have fond memories of the buffet from my childhood, with plenty of chicken breasts and drumsticks alongside green beans and mashed potatoes. And who could forget the delicious honey butter? I highly recommend stopping by this place and giving it a try. Happy dining, everyone!
Not sure what is going on here. We usually order chicken or chicken strips. This time my husband ordered chicken and I ordered the chicken strips. My chicken strips looks like somebody just took a boneless skinless breast cut five pieces off of it Andthrough it on the floor to pick up a very little amount of breading then through it in the grease for very limited time.
We loved the meal but the prices are ridiculous. We went through the drive through and they didn't mess our order up this time.
