Domino's Pizza - Lebanon

I placed an online order for lunch at 10:45. Despite being told it would be ready in 30 minutes, it was not delivered until 1 p.m.

As someone who has worked for Domino's, I am shocked at the decline in customer service at this establishment. I placed an order online and was given a 20 to 30 minute wait time. Upon arriving 5 minutes early, I discovered that my order had not even been started. After leaving and returning 10 minutes later, my order still had not been placed in the oven. The woman at the register seemed indifferent to my concerns. As I waited another 15 minutes, I observed 4 other customers come in for their pizzas, only to find out that their orders were also not ready. One customer had ordered his pizza 3 hours in advance for a specific pick-up time, but it still was not ready. I will choose Pizza Hut over this establishment in the future. If I could, I would give zero stars for the poor service.

Amazing staff here at the dominoes here in front of the Walmart. Very prompt and courteous in taking my order. Couldn't have had a better experience elsewhere and there were only 2 store employees and 1 driver on duty. Quality doesn't need as much quantityin my opinion and they are quality here. I love Dominoes good food, great deals and I have it for delivery few times a month. ????

More recently, my cousin had a birthday party and my family ordered six pizzas to be ready at 5:45. When we arrived at 6:17, the order hadn't even been started. This restaurant is terrible at managing their time and keeping their promises.
