First the beer. It was our first time so we were unfamiliar with their beers and decided to go for the bullet tray and were glad that we did. All six beers ranged from good to exceptional. We tried IPAs, a Belgium, a Porter, a barrel at the age of stout and a wheat beer. The wheat beer was a very pleasant surprise and turned out to be our favorite. The food. We did not try the wood fired pizza (next time). We had the BLT and the roasted wedge potatoes. Both very good. The BLT was a little on the wet side with the dressing as I like it. I'm sure you can ask it on the page if you prefer it. The entire staff is simply amazing.

The atmosphere, t... read more I absolutely love Conversion! In my opinion, it's the best place in Lebanon to enjoy a meal and indulge in some outstanding house-made drinks. The atmosphere, the staff, the quality of the food—all of it is top-notch, and they even feature live music! The outdoor seating is fantastic too. I highly recommend visiting this place! Matt creates some amazing brews, sours, sodas, and seltzers, and the ladies behind the bar craft fantastic drinks as well. If you skip out on this spot, you'll never know what you're missing—it'll haunt you until you just have to go anyway, so why not just dive in? Some of my favorite dishes include the poppers (they're incredible!) and the BBQ pizza steak bites. They have live music every Saturday from around 7 to 9:30 PM during the summer, featuring great bands like Gabriel Cox and The Brothers Reed. All around, it's just a wonderful experience. Conversion Brewing is a must-visit!
