I ordered a burrito bowl with brown rice, chicken, mild tomato, sour cream, cheese, guac, and lettuce. However, my bowl did not have any cheese or lettuce, and I was given white rice instead of brown. This has happened before, and it was disappointing. View all feedback.
There were and ordered two hours before us for 7 o'clock. and got no food til 7:20, still good. then we finally got our food and the food was nothing we ordered. not even close. a nearly 40$ meal for which I paid (extra meat, guac, steak, queso etc) and we were given two regular chicken dishes. so disappointed.
This whole experience from start to finish was an absolute mess. First of all this store doesn’t accept cash?? But okay we can pay card. I ordered a kids chicken quesadilla. I was then handed a burrito that was pressed in the quesadilla maker (as pictured). When I asked the cashier about this, I was told “You can make them both ways” when clearly on your website it isn’t made as a burrito. The staff was rude and then icing on the cake we found hair in our food. So after the whole thing we were given a refund. We were also told the refund could take up to 5 business days. For a place that doesn’t accept cash you take 5 days to refund?? Overall 0/5 stars this place is disgusting. Save the money and just visit a chipotle elsewhere.
This place went downhill FAST. I use to work here and they gave you a lot in your bowl. Ordered mine today and it was a lot smaller than it usually is. Read through these reviews they’re saying the same thing! Also, learn how to make a burrito bowl. The sour cream and cheese was under the lettuce? Which makes no sense. My food was also cold too which was quite disappointing. Ordered on DoorDash and got $1.18 back that’s it
Customer service is trash, they don’t care about there customers avoid at all cost
The Chipotle restaurant in Lebanon made both my husband and I very sick. I regret not reading all the negative reviews before going there. I will never eat at this disgusting place again. As soon as we walked in and saw the dirty kitchen, dining room, and overflowing dumpsters near the entrance, we immediately turned around to save ourselves from a day of misery. There were about 6 or 7 employees in the kitchen area who seemed to be lazy and not doing much. It's not a matter of a shortage of staff, but rather a lack of effort. The owner and manager should be held accountable for not maintaining cleanliness and properly training their employees to run a restaurant in a safe and efficient manner. If a restaurant doesn't look clean, then there's no way the food and food temperatures are being handled properly. I would give this place zero stars if I could.
