This was my first visit to Bojangles, and I ordered chicken tenders, biscuits, mashed potatoes with gravy, and dirty rice. The flavors of everything I tried were outstanding and clearly set apart from the competition. I'll definitely return to this location because the staff is friendly and dedicated. I enjoyed the chicken biscuit with pimento cheese so much that I returned a few days later for another one. The hash rounds were excellent, but I found a hair in my sandwich. The food is decent for the price, but the cleanliness could use some improvement—you get what you pay for. View all feedback.
My family and I enjoy the food, but two time now, recently and yesterday we order through the drive thru and then get to our destination only to find we are missing food from our order. That is very heart breaking to spend money on items and then not actually get them. We usually do not have time to back to retrieve them. We do not always have time to check the order but guess we will have to do that. We also do not get napkins or straws sometimes. Hope that the folks that work there try to do a little better on the orders being correct.
Friendly staff, mgr on service beth apple was very attentive to navigate us through our first visit in a bojangles. the rest was immaculate, the dining room was clean and everyone worked, which is rare in many fast food sites nowadays.
Drove through on the way to home from a weekend trip extreme hingover and eating / service was legitimate the best bojangles I ever had. well done.
