The food looked amazing and tasted even better than it appeared. The cocktail was strong (not a complaint—I actually added coffee to it, and it was delicious!). I can’t recommend this place enough—definitely a hidden gem!

From the moment I walked in, the hostess warmly greeted me and escorted me to the main dining area. However, I was immediately drawn to the bar lounge and found a perfect spot there. The bar stools were incredibly comfortable and the ideal height, with the bar countertop offering just the right amount of space between me and the bartender. The restaurant’s interior was spotless and had the vibe of a classy downtown eatery. At the bar, I ordered the shrimp and sausage plate, which was absolutely delicious—so much so that I asked the bartender if the chef owned the place because it truly felt like a culinary masterpiece. Speaking of the bartender, huge kudos to the management team for training such a professional, courteous, and fun staff. The bartender also crafted an amazing pineapple margarita, which I highly recommend! The Republic Kitchen’s layout is well thought out, featuring cozy booths, the main dining area, the bar, a game area, and even an outdoor patio with games. The interior design is impeccable, making the whole experience feel complete. The top-notch service and inviting atmosphere left a lasting impression—I can’t wait to come back!

The first pretzel a... read more I spent the evening at The Republic Kitchen bar, where Eric was our bartender. We started with the shrimp appetizer followed by the pretzel. The first pretzel arrived cold in the center, but Eric quickly took it back to the kitchen and brought us a perfectly cooked replacement. This is true customer service. The rest of the night went smoothly. Thanks to Eric and the excellent menu at The Republic Kitchen.

It?s getting crowded and they have only a few booths. I don?t like their chairs, but goes definitely with their rustic decor. Service was slow. Took a while until we got the drinks ordered and another while until we finally had an ice teaand another while til the beer came. But she was friendly and wasn?t really her fault. Food was good. I like their twist. Alittle bit more fries would have been nice. But everything was tasty and warm. Four stars really just because of the wait times,because it really wasn?t that busy in the beginning and there is really room for improvement.

Was told by one employee they couldn?t help me, another said she had calls to takeand would get to me. Other staff members just looked and me and walked past without asking if I needed help. After another 5minutes finally was helped and received food. Once getting food home it was a joke. The photo here is of the $9 kids quesadillathat was supposed to come with tater tots. Laughably bad. Small portions and high prices. Salad ordered came with wrong dressingas well. Avoid, many other better options in the area.
