Sorry but this was a truly awful experience. The pizza itself was nothing great. Got a terrible stomach upset. The pineapple and jalapenos felt a bit stale. Not a good experience. Will avoid. View all feedback.
I got my food around 6pm, I would've reviewed earlier but I was busy and forgot, but the food was absolutely stellar, the pizza arrived hot, fresh, and perfectly made, with a deliciously crispy crust, generous toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. The garlic knots were a delightful addition, perfectly baked and full of flavor. Delivery was prompt and quick, and everything was packaged well to ensure it arrived in excellent condition. Second Papa John's I've reviewed and definitely earned my loyalty with this outstanding service and top-notch food. Highly recommended!
Ordered take out, large thin crust. Baked to perfection. The crust was crispy but not crumbly like a cracker. The location on 183 in Cedar Park is always on point. My fave location.
I’m so done with this Papa John’s. It used to be my favorite place to get food from when nothing else was open, but my last couple of orders have been terrible. The first wasn’t so bad, they forgot our two liter and gave a free order since this wasn’t the first time, but it got worse after the next few orders. Our last order this last Sunday, I found a bug on my pizza. The person (a guy) that we spoke to was awesome. He gave us a replacement in our account. Well, tonight we called to use it Linda was great until she realized we had another free order. Her attitude changed when taking the order. That was at 7:46pm. fast forward to 9:30, our food is still not here so we call and LINDA was rude to us. She said she tried calling because they didn’t have our address. Untrue, we have ordered here for the last 4 years. and never did and let us just wait 2 hours. She hung up mid conversation after I told her we didn’t have any missed calls. We will be speaking with the owner. So unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere.
Received a cold pizza and calzone bites, after calling to complain 6 times and just put me on hold; I decided to do this review. Terrible food and service
Every time I order extra sauces they never get delivered yet I still get charged for them
