Be aware of limited seating and parking, occasional long waits, and mixed cleanliness reports; there are also a few reports of food-related illness that shadow otherwise excellent meals.

Service was amazing! Nestled in a little complex, this place was so peaceful and yummy! Milk tea was not too sweet, a win. We had sushi rolls and seaweed salad- fast and beautifully served. I recently dined at Kai Sushi and it was great experience. The sushi was simply divine – Chirashi don was a delicious , The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Kai sushi did not disappoint. We love sashimi especially and got a few pieces of unagi, fatty tuna and the Leander roll. All delicious!! We were immediately greeted and our waiter was Jenny who was amazing even though the restaurant was very busy and she was the only waitress. She was attentive and very friendly.
